Metro 311 allows citizens to take an active role in the care of their community by easily submitting non-emergency service requests from a mobile device. The application includes GPS location and photo upload options for all issues including pot holes, graffiti, broken water pipes, and more. By including this additional information directly from the device, responders can quickly locate and identify service issues and respond in a more timely manner and the citizen can track the progress of their request.
